In line with the Budget 2026 announcement, eligible HDB households are entitled to Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC) rebates spanning 1.5 to 3.5 months

Eligibility for S&CC rebates:

• There must be at least one Singapore citizen lessee or occupier in the flat;

• The lessee(s) and essential occupier(s) of the flat do not own or have any n interest in a private property; and have not sublet the whole flat.
